Purchases: Tickets are sold for specific dates and times, and customers can purchase tickets 1-3 weeks in advance through our partner website, formovietickets.com. Selection of seats and final transactions are completed on their platform.

Refunds & Exchanges: If you are unable to attend a movie showing due to an emergency or have made an error in your ticket purchase, please contact us at (262) 673-7675 or by the Contact page on our website as soon as possible. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, with a priority on fairness and customer satisfaction.

For no-shows or late arrivals, please reach out to us. We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis, offering solutions that range from refunds to complimentary movie passes for a future showing, depending on the circumstances.

In the rare event that a movie is canceled by us due to technical issues, weather, or other emergencies, we will provide a full refund or offer tickets to a rescheduled showing or alternative movie, at your preference.

Payment Methods: Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. For cash purchases made at the theater, refunds will be provided in person. For debit/credit card purchases made through formovietickets.com, refunds will be processed back to the card used for the transaction.
